What information do you need for a quote?
Excellent question. For a detailed quote please include the following:
1) Quantity, Colors and Styles of each design desired,
2) A jpeg photo proof of your artwork for review,
3) A description of size and placement on the shirt or a mock up if available.
4) Event Date or essential due date if applicable,

What if I don't have all of this information?
Send us whatever information you have. We can work with you on your artwork and other details.

What other information do you need to print?
We will need a PSD, AI, or other high quality, color separated file of your design. We can take images from jpeg and other file types, but graphic design fees may apply.
DTG artwork should be provided in CMYK format, preferably as a TIFF file with a transparent background and at at least 200 dpi at print size.

I have a short deadline and need my shirts fast!
How fast can you print my shirts?
Depending upon the quantity and type of print you need. CPT may be able to have your shirts out in 3 days or less. Same day printing is usually only available with client provided apparel. Please call or email your details for a more precise estimate.

I already bought the tees can your print on them?
Absolutely! We prefer to print on 100% cotton or cotton polyester blend shirts although we can print on almost any type of garment. 100% polyester and Nylon materials require a special ink, so please let us know if you plan on providing any specialty type materials.

Can you order speciality or name brand tees?
Yes we can. CPT is in fact a wholesaler of many USA shirt suppliers. We can find and print on any type of shirt or apparel that you desire.

What name brand companies have you printed for?
CPT loves our customers and their privacy. We take every precaution necessary to protect our customers brand name, names and identity.

Do you reward customer loyalty?
Yes we do! We offer several discounts to our customers.
Available to everyone is our Screen Purchase Program providing free setup on future orders.
Also available to our clients under contract is access to special offers as well as discounts up to 50% on print and setup costs!
Our Referral Programs can earn you up to 10% of your referreds order.

Can I receive a sample of my printed shirt before I make a larger purchase?
We always offer a photo proof or mockup before production but if you require a sample of your own design, non-refundable setup charges will apply. We suggest you inquire about DTG printing. It is designed to produce one-offs and does not incur setup charges.

What is the best way to take care of my new custom tee shirt?
It is recommended that you turn your shirts inside out and wash them in cold water.
High heat drying is not recommended. Do not iron decoration.

What are your shipping policies?
We offer USPS First Class and Priority Shipping for smaller quantity orders. The cost varies from $4 to $15 depending on size.
Larger orders and  Overnight or expedited orders are shipped via Fedex. Free shipping offers only apply to Fedex Ground. UPS shipping is available by request, but client supplied UPS numbers are no longer accepted. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

What's your return policy?
All returns require an approved Return request form to be filled out by the client before returning the merchandise. Returned merchandise qualifies for a refund as outlined in the posted policy.
